Bio
Jessica
has been using photography to explore and document the world around
her since age 5. Some have called her compulsively creative but she
sees art as a way of life. With her work she tries to capture glimpses
and moments which when pieced together reveal a narrative.
Jessica
received her Undergraduate degree in Photography and Sociology from
University of California at Santa Cruz and will be returning for her
MFA at the San Francisco Art Institute in the fall of this year. She
has been exhibited throughout the Bay Area and California.
In
addition to her photography, Jessica is also a local youth worker. She
runs an innovative art and technology education project teaching, and
inspiring youth to embrace technology as a tool for creativity. In her
spare time Jessica directs a local non-profit art gallery.
Her
work is not completely confined to photography; rather it is an element
of her creative work.
